Candidate Profile


* Graduates, preferably MBAs, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry.

* Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.

* Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.

* Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.  

* ⁠Familiarity with CRM software and adeptness in utilizing data analysis tools.

* Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.

* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Role & Responsibilities


* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.

* Perform daily Customer visits & updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.

* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company’s sales targets.

* Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.

* Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting Customers’ evolving needs.

* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing Customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.

* Adhere to 100% CAF / Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
