Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Lead for Modern Trade (MT) and E-commerce to drive top-line growth, enhance brand visibility, and manage key accounts across organized retail and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will own the P&L for these channels, building strategic partnerships with retail chains (e.g. Retail, Q Mart) and online marketplaces (e.g., Blinkit,Swiggy Instamart,Zepto). This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills to lead both offline and online sales strategies. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred. 
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Sales, specifically managing Modern Trade and E-commerce in FMCG or Consumer Durables. 
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate trading terms with large format retail buyers. 
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to track KPIs like AOV, Conversion Rate, and Revenue. 
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with online seller panels and CRM software. 
• Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed for store visits or meetings.
