Roles & responsibilities
•Design, configure, and maintain tax determination settings within SAP S/4HANA to ensure compliance with global indirect tax regulations.•Implement and manage SAP DRC or leading e-Invoicing/e-Reporting solutions (e.g., Sovos, PEGARO), ensuring seamless integration and adherence to statutory requirements.••Oversee and support FI-SD and FI-MM integration points related to tax determination and postings, including pricing procedures, purchase order processing, and invoicing.••Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of major tax engines (OneSource, Vertex, Avalara), ensuring accurate tax calculation, reporting and e-Invoicing.••Apply deep expertise in indirect tax principles and processes, including Canadian GST/HST/PST, U.S. Sales & Use Tax, and European VAT, to maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions.••Partner with finance, procurement, and IT teams to align tax processes with business objectives and system capabilities.••Troubleshoot tax-related system issues, recommend process enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize tax determination, reporting and e-Invoicing.
