Job Description
The Kitchen Packing Staff is responsible for hygienically portioning, packing, sealing, and labelling food items as per SOPs and gramage guidelines, and ensuring all packed meals are accurately prepared and delivered to the designated trains on time. The role involves coordinating with Production, QC, and Dispatch teams, maintaining cleanliness of the packing area, following food safety and PPE standards, reporting any shortages or quality issues to the Supervisor, and supporting smooth workflow during peak operations.
