Job Title: Cloud Kitchen Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cloud Kitchen Supervisor to manage daily operations in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will ensure food quality, operational efficiency, hygiene compliance, and smooth coordination among kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure timely food preparation and dispatch
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with delivery platforms and handle order flow efficiently
• Customer Handling for Catering or Bulk orders.
• Report operational issues, suggest improvements, and help implement solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a cloud kitchen, restaurant, or QSR environment (minimum 2–3 years)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to handle pressure and manage high volumes during peak hours
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
