We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen activities at our Location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing kitchen staff, coordinating with chefs, and ensuring timely service of dishes to the service captains while maintaining top-quality food and hygiene standards.



Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise kitchen staff, cooks, and helpers to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with the Head Chef for daily food preparation, and special dishes.

Ensure that dishes are prepared and dispatched on time to the service captains for delivery to guests.

Maintain proper coordination between the kitchen, captains, and store incharge for smooth flow of operations.

Monitor inventory, raw materials, and daily usage; update the store team for stock replenishment.

Control food wastage through proper planning and portion management.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen area.

Record daily kitchen reports, staff attendance, and shift activities.

Ensure equipment maintenance and report any repair needs immediately.

Train kitchen staff on recipes, food presentation, and hygiene practices.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor in a reputed restaurant.

Strong understanding of multi-cuisine operations (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, etc.).

Must be fluent in Telugu (mandatory), with basic English or Hindi preferred.

Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a high-volume restaurant (200+ seating capacity).

Practical knowledge of inventory control and wastage management.
