Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Laptop L2 & L3 Technicians to join our service team at our Hyderabad branches. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops of all major brands, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform L2 & L3 level repairs including motherboard diagnosis, chip-level repairs, and BGA rework.
• 
  
• Handle complex hardware and software issues across multiple brands.
• 
  
• Ensure timely and accurate fault diagnosis, repair, and testing.
• 
  
• Coordinate with the service team and maintain repair logs.
• 
  
• Provide guidance to L1 engineers when required.
• 
  
• Maintain company service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• 
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in laptop L2/L3 repairs.
• 
  
• Strong expertise in chip-level repairs, circuit tracing, BIOS updates, and component replacement.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting motherboards, displays, power issues, and performance problems.
•
