Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Laptop Repair Technician to join our team in Hyderabad.
Your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops and related components. You will also be responsible for field visits to customer locations for service calls and ensuring high-quality, timely repairs.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops.
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux preferred).
- Replace and test laptop components such as motherboards, RAM, hard drives, screens, and keyboards.
- Handle field service calls within the city and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of jobs completed and parts used.
- Report daily service updates to the company.
