Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network configurations that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes exploring innovative approaches to optimize model performance and scalability, ensuring the architecture supports complex language tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of model outputs to meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to integrate language models into broader applications.
- Monitor and analyze model performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication of design rationale.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with neural network design and optimization techniques related to language processing.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and model training methodologies.
- Familiarity with handling large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Ability to evaluate and fine-tune model parameters to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of computational frameworks and tools used in developing and deploying language models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
