Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The workday includes analyzing model behavior, refining parameters, and collaborating with various teams to align the model's capabilities with project goals. Continuous evaluation and iteration are key, as the architect ensures the models meet the evolving needs of natural language processing applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of large language model architectures to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader systems and applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Capability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
