Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Advocate to represent clients in legal matters, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The Advocate will handle court cases, draft legal documents, and support clients with legal solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings

Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, contracts, affidavits, and notices

Provide legal advice and consultation to clients

Conduct legal research and case analysis

Handle civil, criminal, corporate, property, or labor cases (as applicable)

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Ensure timely case follow-ups and documentation

Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)

Enrolled with the Bar Council

Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures

Good drafting and communication skills

Experience:

Fresher / Experienced (as per requirement)
