Lead - Admin
Responsibilities
Administrative Operations:
Lead and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflows, supporting the data center’s project activities.
Policy Implementation:
Develop and implement standardized administrative processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams to support the integration of new technologies, systems, and administrative solutions within the data center.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate availability for uninterrupted operations.
Compliance and Auditing:
Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal protocols.
Security and Emergency Procedures:
Lead the implementation of security protocols and emergency response procedures, ensuring the safety and security of the data center.
Facility Maintenance Oversight:
Oversee facility maintenance, coordinating repairs and routine upkeep activities as needed to maintain operational integrity.
Vendor Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Budget Management:
Prepare, manage, and track the administrative budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising operational quality.
Perfomance Reporting :
Prepare regular reports on administrative performance, project updates, and key metrics, providing insights to senior management.
Digital mindset:
Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
6-10 of experience in managing the admin function for bigger construction project site & strong background in compliance management and project administration.
