Lead BPA, DDIT IES Finance

Job Description Summary

About the role:
As an Infrastructure and End User Services (IES) Lead BPA, you will be responsible for the Business Planning & Analysis of global infrastructure services managed by IES. You will work closely with IES Head BPA and the IES Service Tower heads to drive productivity, accurate financial forecasting, strong financial controls and continuous process improvements. As part of the role, you should also drive change and innovation in day-to-day processes by providing streamlined and automated solutions where possible, to reach standardized, simple, and efficient processes across the IES Finance function.


Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Development of detailed budget and financial forecasts for respective service towers
  • Proactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data
  • Handle SOW approvals for the towers, rebooking, and ICSI invoicing if applicable
  • Support the organization’s leadership team with financial analysis (including Risks and Opportunities analysis), cost analysis and control, and drive corrective actions.
  • Conduct value added analyses and recommend short -and long-term targets and improvement areas.

Essential Requirements:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience (subject area with numerical and / or analytical content) with post graduate MBA or further professional qualifications preferable
  • Minimum 10 years relevant finance experience, including BPA, Strategic Planning and Business Operations
  • Strong financial controlling skillset, functional know-how and excellent analytical skills - able to connect the dots from various source of information and generate financial insights from independent analysis
