Inviting applications for the role Lead Consultant  _ Service now HRSD
In this role you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, relaying the solution via case management, demonstrating the configurations through collaborations design and developing the code, converting data, assisting in testing and implementing the new features.
Responsibilities 

•      Working closely with the Solutions Managers and business teams to understand functional  and technical requirements and execute them through successful configuration, code development, testing and deployment with required documentations.
•    Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirement
•    Recommend process improvement based on system capability
•    Developing test cases and data mining/staging, automates testing processes by developing unit test scripts, as needed 
•    Providing production support for escalated issues and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualification 
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
•    Robust problem-solving skills; knowledge of configuration, technical development, testing and implementation techniques in ServiceNow HRSD for example, EDM (Employee Document Management) , Lifecycle events, Employee Relations, Access Management, AWA - Live Agent/VA, Scripting skill, Advanced dashboard support ,Integration support, HRSD Case Management 
•    Competency in development of Business Processing and Workflows
•    Domain expertise in functional modules of assigned platform

Preferred Qualifications 
•     ServiceNow Certifications.
•    Comfortable interacting with end users and ability to explain technical concept to non-technical person
