Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant, SAP Scrum Master!
In this role, the Candidate needs to facilitate Agile Ceremonies to the larger teams by ensuring the scrum framework, methodology, agile principles and best practices are followed.

Responsibilities:
•    Standups: Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum)
•    Iteration/sprint planning meetings: Co-ordinate with the team from over-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub-task creation.
•    Sprint reviews: Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
•    Retrospectives: Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
•    Scrum Board administration: Work as the administrator of the scrum board.
•    Reporting: Regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.
·    Blockers: Need to coordinate with team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.
·    Facilitating Scrum events which include sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, provide structure and opportunities for collaboration within the team.
·    Weekly reminders on pending items on grooming, development status and any open action items.
·    Update Jira with appropriate folders to create SOS & Delivery dashboards for current year, Creation of sprints/releases/OCRs
•    Sprints & Release Creation for each year in Jira
•    Monthly Sprint wise/Release wise metrics data collection and report out to leadership

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications 
    Graduation: B.Tech/B.E. M.Tech - Computers, MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization
    Certification: - Certified Scrum Master / Safe Agile

       Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 
•    Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with a team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive cultured, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
•    Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports and undertaking impediments.
