Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Tableau Developer 

In this role, We are seeking a skilled Tableau developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights for business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau, data analysis, and visualization techniques, along with a strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.  

Responsibilities  

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex datasets effectively. 

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability across large datasets. 

• Integrate Tableau with various data sources, including databases, cloud platforms, and APIs. 

• Perform data preparation, transformation, and modeling using tools like SQL or Python. 

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all visualizations. 

• Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of Tableau dashboards. 

• Document processes, workflows, and best practices for Tableau development. 

Qualifications we seek in you 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Strong experience working in Treasury reporting, data engineering & transformation projects. 

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 

• Experience on Agile way of working 

Mandatory Skills: 

• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server for dashboard creation and publishing. 

• Strong hands-on experience in Python for data transformation and handling requirements. 

• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Must have Snowflake experience or knowledge in the project. 

• Experience in connecting Tableau to diverse data sources such as relational databases, cloud platforms, or APIs. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Prior experience in working for Treasury reporting for Bank is a plus. 

• Experience with Tableau Prep for data cleaning and transformation. 

• Certification in Tableau, Python, Snowflake 

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
