Lead Documentation

Responsibilities

Create and maintain all technical documents for the system.  

Preparing RFP / RFI Responses  

Prepare user manuals, installation guides, and training material.  

Document system specifications and design details.  

Write test procedures and test reports.  

Ensure documents meet industry and compliance standards.  

Organize and manage document versions and updates.  

Coordinate with engineering teams for accurate information.  

Review documents for clarity and correctness.  

Support certification and regulatory documentation needs.  

Maintain document repository for easy access.  

Train team members in documentation processes.  

Ensure timely delivery of all required documents. 

Independently engage with vendors, customers, and stakeholders to gather technical and operational requirements

Analyze and document requirements in detailed specifications, ensuring clarity for design, development, and integration teams.

Independently engage with auditors, quality team for documentation

Provide technical support during trials and customer demos. 

 

Qualifications

B.Tech/BE or equivalent with min 7 yrs experience in documentation
