1. Extensive experience as a React Developer, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
3. In-depth understanding of React.js and its core principles.
4. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
5. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
6. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.
7. Experience with modern build tools and pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).
8. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
10. Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding teams

1. Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and support.
2. Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using React.js and related technologies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
4. Define and enforce coding standards, best practises, and development processes.
5. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and front-end development.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the front-end stack.
8. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
9. Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
10. Own and deliver the overall front-end development

• Any Bachelors or Masters Degree 
• 7+ years of experience in Fron End development and 5+ yrs of experience React
