We’re hiring a Cold Calling Executive to source IT service leads from the UK market. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to managed service providers/ small and mid-sized businesses
• Pitch IT services: cloud administration, software development, cybersecurity, etc.
• Speak to decision-makers: CTOs, COOs, Founders, IT Heads
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Record all call activity and follow-ups in the CRM

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in cold calling or lead generation is a plus
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confidence in speaking with US-based professionals
• Basic understanding of IT services (training provided)

Shift: (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday)

Salary: ₹22,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives

Work Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
