Key Responsibilities The duties of the Hub In-Charge can be grouped into several key areas:

• Operations Management: The core of the role involves managing the hub's day-to-day functions. This includes adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing and reconciling inventory (stock audits), reducing operational errors, ensuring shipments are delivered on time, and making sure the hub's capacity is fully utilized. They must also have complete knowledge of the PIN codes and routes their hub serves.
• Financial & Commercial Management: The role is accountable for the hub's financial health. This includes managing the budget, maintaining the target Cost Per Shipment (CPS), handling cash and petty cash expenses, ensuring profitability, and overseeing cash collection and reconciliation.
• Team Leadership & HR: A major component is people management. The Hub In-Charge leads and motivates the team, controls attrition, handles hiring, ensures proper training, conducts performance reviews, and identifies potential leaders for internal growth. They are also responsible for employee engagement and grievance handling through meetings and open house sessions.
• Customer Satisfaction: A critical goal is to ensure customers are "delighted." This involves promptly managing and resolving any customer escalations to maintain high service levels.
• Compliance, Safety & Reporting: The manager must ensure 100% compliance with company policies like the Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP), as well as all commercial and statutory regulations. They are responsible for the safety of all people, shipments, and the facility itself. This also includes preparing business dashboards and reporting performance to the Area Manager.

• Minimum Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Preferred Education: A Master's degree.
