Legal Advisor

Role Overview:

G-PAC is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to support its franchise-based business expansion across healthcare, education, and retail sectors. The role involves legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing, and advising on all franchise and business-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Due Diligence

- Review credentials of franchise partners and stakeholders

- Conduct background checks and risk assessments

- Identify legal risks or red flags

2. Drafting & Documentation

- Draft franchise agreements, MoUs, contracts, and vendor agreements

- Ensure documents are legally sound

3. Contract Review & Risk Analysis

- Review agreements before execution

- Identify gaps, liabilities, and risks

- Suggest modifications

4. Advisory & Compliance

- Provide legal advice for business operations

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws

- Guide on business structuring

5. Red Flag Identification & Reporting

- Highlight risks to both parties

- Recommend mitigation steps

6. Stakeholder Coordination

- Work with business, franchise, and operations teams
