The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a variety of legal matters, including contract review, compliance, and due diligence. You will be responsible for assisting in various legal processes, drafting, and advising on various transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized institution (LL.M. is a plus).
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or a reputed law firm.
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
