Leisure Travel Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-travelled Leisure Travel Consultant with expertise in planning and executing customized holiday packages for European destinations and other international destinations. The ideal candidate will be a travel enthusiast with excellent knowledge of Europe’s tourism offerings, visa requirements, and have a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and sell tailor-made holiday packages globally, including flights, hotels, tours, sightseeing, travel insurance, and transfers.
• Handle end-to-end holiday planning: consultation, itinerary creation, costing, booking, documentation, and customer follow-up.
• Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, hotels, and suppliers in European destinations.
• Stay updated on Schengen visa rules, seasonal offers, destination knowledge, and travel advisories.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Attend client meetings, understand their preferences, and offer customized holiday options accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal visa, air ticketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Handle post-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in outbound holiday sales, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in handling European destinations.
• Strong knowledge of Europe geography, travel routes, must-visit destinations, and local experiences.
• Proficiency in holiday booking tools/platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple itineraries with accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Personal travel experience across key European destinations will be a plus.
• Multilingual skills (especially in major European languages) are a bonus.
