Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join Tata AIA Life Insurance as Team Leaders in Hyderabad only. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit, build, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents, while supporting overall team performance. There are no mandatory sales targets, making this a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance along with unlimited earning potential through incentives.

Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients to promote life insurance products.

• Explain policy features, benefits, and financial planning solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their financial needs.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide after-sales service and support to customers.

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Age: 30 years and above

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Prior sales/insurance experience is an added advantage (not mandatory)
