* Life Insurance Agent

* We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will identify and generate leads from your personal and professional network who are interested in purchasing life insurance policies.

* Once the lead is shared with us, our team will explain the appropriate plan to the customer, handle the follow-up, and close the sale.If the sale is successfully closed, the policy will be logged under your agent code, and you will earn a commission of 30–40% on the plan premium.

* To obtain an agent code, candidates are required to pass the IC-38 examination and acquire certification from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

*Key Responsibilities*

* Generate and share qualified leads interested in life insurance policies.

* Coordinate with the internal team for customer consultations and plan explanations.

* Support the sales closure process and ensure quality follow-ups.
