• Lead elevator system installation (hoisting, rails, cabins, controls) with precision and spec compliance.
• Interpret blueprints and guidelines to guide erection and solve challenges.
• Supervise and train junior erectors/technicians, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Perform advanced tasks (alignment, rigging, system integration) independently.
• Conduct quality checks for integrity, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot installation issues, collaborating with engineers as needed.
• Coordinate with site in-charges and managers for timely task completion.

Commissioning Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

• Test and commission elevator systems post-installation for functionality and spec compliance.
• Verify integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems (motors, wiring, controllers, safety).
• Diagnose and fix issues with speed, leveling, doors, and emergency systems.
• Master controllers (HPmont, Mona Drive, Arkel) for setup and troubleshooting.
• Program and calibrate controls for ride quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Prepare commissioning reports with test results and certifications.
• Support initial operations, addressing post-commissioning issues.

Junior Technician (Fresher) Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in elevator installation, maintenance, and repairs under supervision, following safety protocols.

• Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, inspecting) for smooth operation.
