Job Description:

Paytm Loan Department is hiring motivated and energetic candidates for the position of Loan Relationship Officer (LRO) and Loan Relationship Executive (LRE). This is a field-based role where candidates will work in their nearby/local area to promote and support Paytm loan and lending services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Paytm loan and lending products to potential customers
• Generate leads and assist customers with loan applications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Guide customers through the loan process and documentation
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth

Salary Package:

• Freshers: ₹26,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: ₹31,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates must be comfortable with field work
• Experience in Loans, Lending, UPI, or Telecom will be an added advantage
