Logistic Executive

Salary 15,000 - 22,000

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to Assist, manage and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with delivery partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Pickrr, or similar, and a strong understanding of logistics workflows in a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business model.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily order dispatches through delivery partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.

• Manage last-mile delivery operations and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Monitor RTO (Return to Origin) and NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and take corrective actions to minimize losses.

• Oversee inventory movements between warehouse(s), fulfillment centers, and customers.

• Collaborate with D2C operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.

• Maintain delivery SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and optimize cost per shipment.

• Handle claims and escalations with courier partners.

• Prepare regular reports on shipping performance, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.

• Use logistics platforms (e.g., Shiprocket dashboard) to monitor order statuses and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably with a D2C company.

• Familiarity with courier aggregators such as India Post, Delhivery, Shiprocket, Pickrr, NimbusPost, etc.

Shift timings : Monday - Saturday (rotational off) 9 AM - 6:30 PM
