Logistics Coordinator

Key responsibilities

·       Track shipments, update status, and resolve delivery or documentation issues.

·       Maintain accurate records of stock movement, vehicle utilisation, and freight costs.

·       Accounts‑related responsibilities

·       Prepare and check freight bills, transport invoices, and other logistics‑related invoices for accuracy.

·       Coordinate with Accounts for timely booking of freight, transporter, and vendor bills.

·       ​Assist in reconciling transporter/vendor accounts and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies.

Qualifications and experience

·       Graduate in Commerce / Business / Logistics or related field.

·       3 to 5 years’ experience in logistics coordination; exposure to accounts/billing preferred.

·       Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Tally or similar software will be an added advantage.

·       Basic understanding of accounting entries related to purchases, freight, and vendor payments.
