Role:Logistics Coordinator

Job Description: Your job is to manage the daily transport of medical samples between cities. You must ensure samples are moved quickly and safely (meeting TAT goals) while keeping them at the right temperature (cold chain).

Your Main Tasks:

Transport: Follow the plan for shipping samples by air, road, or train.

Manage Pickups: Track the Pickup executives team to ensure samples are collected and dropped off on time. Work with Team Leads to confirm all samples are picked up.

Keep Samples Cold: Make sure samples are picked up or packed correctly and stay at the required cold temperature (e.g., 2−8∘C).

Monitor & Report: Check packaging quality, tracking and immediately report any transport or temperature problems.

Group Coordination: Coordinate with labs and internal teams through WhatsApp groups and Gchat
