💰 Salary: As per company norms

🧾 Contract Duration: 1 Year

🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (based on workstation)

🧑‍🔧 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years

• Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain machines in the solar module manufacturing process.
• Ensure smooth production flow and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct routine checks and report any technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to ensure product efficiency.
• Key Requirements:Relevant experience in machine operation or workstation management.
• Solar industry experience in automated line is mandatory.
• For quality-related roles, experience in incoming inspection, in-process, and final inspection is required.
• For lab & testing roles, experience in gel test, mechanical load test, cell peel test, and reliability lab tests is preferred.
