Machine Operator / Machinist

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Trainee CNC Operators and CNC Operators. The role involves operating CNC machines, maintaining production quality, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. Candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in precision engineering are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines as per job requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Carry out basic programming, tool setting, and adjustments.
• Inspect and measure finished components to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the shop floor.
• Assist senior operators and supervisors in daily production tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ø For Trainee CNC Operator:

·       ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist)/ Diploma/ B Tech (Mechanical) or equivalent.

·       Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

·       Basic knowledge of machining operations preferred.

Ø For CNC Operator:

·       ITI / Vocational Diploma (Fitter, Turner, Machinist) or equivalent.

·       Diploma In Mechanical Engineering/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.

·       1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC Machine Operation.

·       Knowledge of CNC programming, setting, and measuring instruments.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of machine tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
