Job Description:

Training Program:

• Duration: 6 months
• The organization will provide extensive training during this period to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful sales career.
• Salary: During training, a fixed salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 will be provided (based on experience and performance).

Promotion & Growth:

• Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be promoted to the role of Branch Manager.
• As a Branch Manager, you will take on greater responsibilities, lead a team, and contribute significantly to the organization’s sales objectives.
