Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, VTC Goal Tracking
Responsibilities
•    Track site/portfolio VTC goal performance
•    Bridge reason codes with Materials Management (MM) and site TIPM
•    Ensuring all gaps to goal are explained and coded correctly.
•    Obtaining shipping info from the supplier
•    Confirming receipt of materials at site. 
•    Essentially expediting to ensure materials ship and arrive as planned 
•    Ensures documentation compliance and proper record-keeping.
•    Requires close collaboration with MM and TIPM to avoid “catch-all” coding and to convert insights into corrective actions.
•    Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
•    KPI reporting- Variance to commit date- follow up on delivery plan
•    Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates
•    Need to have all Job aids, standard email response templates, training guides & other assisting materials in place to support the queries from business users

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Working experience on Procurement Tools
•    Exposure to Source to Pay cycle

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
•    Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
•    Customer Service Skills – Telephone / Email
•    Good in Data tracking and follow ups
•    Hands on experience on Google Sheets (Smart Sheets)
•    Basic understanding of Procurement Operations
•    Good Keyboard Skills
•    Hands on experience in Supply Chain
•    Experience in Goal tracking and KPI reporting for a minimum of 5-6 Years
