Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Program Manager with a proven track record of managing SAP transformation projects within the EPC domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing program governance, driving project delivery, and ensuring alignment with business goals. A strong understanding of EPC processes , SAP transformation terminology , and end-to-end program execution is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Governance :

• Define and implement governance structures for SAP transformation projects.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues effectively.

2. Business Analysis :

• Collaborate with EPC stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.

• Map business needs to SAP solutions, ensuring end-to-end alignment.

• Document functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.

3. Project Delivery :

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver SAP transformation initiatives.

• Ensure successful integration of SAP modules, particularly those relevant to EPC (e.g., PS, MM, SD, PP, and FICO).

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to post-implementation.

4. Domain Expertise :

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of EPC industry processes , such as project management, procurement, engineering, and construction.

• Advise stakeholders on best practices for SAP implementation in EPC.

5. Stakeholder Management :

• Liaise with C-suite executives, business teams, and technical teams to align project objectives.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

6. Change Management :

• Develop and execute change management plans to drive adoption of SAP solutions.

• Train end-users and ensure smooth handovers to operational teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience :

• 6-10 years of experience in SAP transformation projects, preferably within the EPC industry.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in complex environments.

• Technical Proficiency :

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules like PS, MM, SD, PP, and FICO.

• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in EPC scenarios.

• Domain Knowledge :

• Hands-on experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry processes.

• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.

• Project Management :

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).

• Soft Skills :

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business process reengineering or similar initiatives.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application to SAP projects.

• Familiarity with data migration and system integration within SAP landscapes.
