 Roles & responsibilities 
Collaborate with the Application Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories
Participate by actively leading or contributing to spring planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups and ensure build teams have clarity on sprint goals, user stories and task expectations
Support testing efforts by aligning test plans with requirements and participating in validation activities to ensure quality and completeness 
Prepare required documentation and ensure compliance with internal frameworks, including guidance and training materials
Assist in resolving product issues, drafting defects and release notes, and incorporating feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

Ability to obtain in-depth knowledge of an application, including its architecture, functionality, and underlying technologies. 
Understanding of the audit lifecycle and engagement processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to the design, requirements, and deployment of new technologies.
Minimum three years of recent experience supporting the design, development and/or implementation of Data and Analytics capabilities and technologies
Strong qualitative and analytical writing and communication skills coupled with solid critical thinking skills and ability to execute on details
Proficient in PowerBI, Alteryx, Databricks and/or other data & analytic technologies
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple project team members and multiple scopes of authority, towards a common project outcome, responsible and independent, with strong sense of ownership and initiative; capable of articulating clear and compelling ideas and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders 
Excellent leadership and project management skills, including time management skills, client service and relationship building skills, confident working collaboratively and independently in a culture-rich, complex and fast-paced environment, responsive and flexible to adapt to new challenge
