Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Creative Communications Manager who can own day-to-day creative execution with strong clarity on workflows, assets, and platform needs. This role requires someone who understands how creative work moves from idea to delivery, knows what files are needed, where they go, and can step in with quick creative solutions when required—both at a desk and on set.
Working closely with the Creative Lead, internal stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams, the role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, deadline adherence, and consistent creative output across platforms.
About the team :
The channel marketing team is responsible for driving viewer engagement and promoting the Star Maa channel's brand across multiple platforms. The team creates and executes marketing plans, such as campaigns for show launches, brand partnerships, and audience reach. They collaborate closely with the programming, creative communications, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize reach. With a focus on regional markets and audience preferences, the team creates targeted promotions, media planning with ATL and marketing activation with BTL driving micro-marketing and on-ground activation, and digital strategies that enhance the channel's visibility. Their work assures a strong brand presence and fosters audience loyalty in a competitive market.

What will you do?

  • Own end-to-end execution of creative communication deliverables.
  • Understand creative workflows, asset types, formats, and platform requirements.
  • Ensure the right creatives are produced, tracked, and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to keep work moving seamlessly.
  • Be part of on-set coordination for promos, shoots, and shoulder content.
  • Ensure on-set requirements align with creative briefs and final deliverables.
  • Maintain clarity on what goes where, by when, and in what format.
  • Support the Creative Lead by curating quick ideas or fixes for fast turnaround needs.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across outputs.
  • Works closely with: Creative team, Marketing, Content, Social, Agencies, and Production partners.
