The JLL job profile is Manager Solutions Development – PR2 

This role will report to the India Sales Lead - IFM and be located in Hyderabad, India.  

Role Purpose  

The Geographic Sales Lead role requires working collaboratively with teams and sponsors ways to execute an effective sales initiative in the region. The role is responsible for achieving high quality sales outcomes that contribute to a profitable Region by creating and managing an effective sales team.  

Critically the RSL will be required to drive the principle of alignment across all parts of the JLL within and beyond CS to provide a single joined up approach to our clients and our markets of opportunity 

S/he will play a key role in developing project proposals, managing the sales presentation process, coaching and developing Sales Representatives, and driving continuous improvement throughout the sales process. 

As an integral part of the management team, the RSL will foster the development and implementation of best-practices for sales management.   

What this job involves  

Key responsibilities include: 


  • Lead the Geographic Sales, comprising: Organic Growth of Accounts & New IFM Sales, Collaborating with PDS and Consulting Sales team to bring an integrated approach to the client.  
  • Develop and deliver on a Sales Strategy for the specific region and / or market 
  • Lead and manage a collaborative relationship with the firm's Markets Brokerage team as a key component of Sales growth across the firm. Lead successful interface with Markets Brokers for complete Sales alignment 
  • Lead Sales teams to offer of integrated solutions encompassing JLL’s suite of product offerings and services – across the whole real estate life cycle – demonstrating a sound level of knowledge of all product groups and leveraging SME’s within the firm for detailed offerings  
  • Lead and coordinate the Geographic Sales team across all segments of sales landscape including: Enterprise, Vertical and Scaling and partner with Transactional Sales teams/efforts.  
  • Deliver sales growth through a) prospecting in new market segments and clients b) expanding existing client relationships and scaling up relationships to platform level framework agreements  
  • Develop and nurture a high performing Sales team and Enablement platform to support sales and drive year on year performance improvement  
  • Deliver 100% CRM365 adoption   
  • Drive revenue growth through new and existing sales channels and markets. 
  • Utilize JLL’s sales process and tools to drive profitable and desired growth. Including but not limited to: 7 step sales process, go/no-go process, Key Issues Analysis (KIA), and the CRM technology.  
  • Lead contract negotiations such that we maximize profitability and mitigate risk with full alignment to the Contract Review Board process and governance. 
  • Serve as a credible and active member of the specific Industry real estate community, participating in relevant organizations serving as a subject matter expert, board member, panelist, etc. 
  • Identify opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within industry organization to further advance the recognition of JLL as a leader 
  • Depending on the assignment, extensive travel may be required. 
  • Complete all other assigned duties.

The Candidate  


  • BS/BA Required. Masters or MBA degree preferred. 
  • Ten years of sales/ sales enablement experience with global high tech B2B organization. 
  • Experience serving, collaborating with and influencing executive management especially sales leadership. 
  • Direct experience of major international sales teams. 
  • Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential. 
  • Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet.  
  • Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.  


  • A passion for the profession of sales. Familiarity with the Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus. 
  • Leadership and change management. Strong people manager with the ability to build a new team, working with a diverse set of skills (strategic, technical, sales and regional marketing). 
  • Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions to generate win-win solutions. 
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms – Microsoft Dynamics and Seismic are desirable. 
  • Desire for continuous improvement. Creative thinking, problem solving and the ability to innovate. 
  • Learning Agility to be able to develop expertise across the JLL Products and service offerings across the Real Estate portfolio.  
  • Collaborative, goal oriented and able to solve problems/ meet goals in creative ways with limited resources. Able to identify and use resources outside direct reporting structure. 
  • Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
