*Job Title:* Facility Support Staff and Management Personnel

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking skilled and experienced personnel to fill various positions in our facility, including manpower, loaders, unloaders, security, pest control, housekeeping, ASO, packers, pickers, helpers, kitchen work, ITI candidates, telecallers, operation managers, and field officers.

*Open Positions:*

*Facility Support Staff:*

1. *Manpower/General Workers*

  - Handle general tasks, including cleaning, lifting, and moving materials

  - Assist in various departments as needed

  - Minimum qualification: 8th pass

2. *Loaders/Unloaders*

  - Load and unload materials, goods, and products

  - Ensure safe handling and storage of items

  - Physically fit and able to lift heavy weights

3. *Security Personnel*

  - Monitor and patrol premises to maintain security

  - Check credentials and ensure access control

  - Minimum qualification: 10th pass, prior security experience preferred

4. *Pest Control Technician*

  - Conduct pest control operations, including spraying and fogging

  - Identify and report pest-related issues

  - Certification in pest control preferred

5. *Housekeeping Staff*

  - Clean and maintain facility premises, including offices, corridors, and common areas

  - Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

  - Minimum qualification: 8th pass

6. *ASO (Assistant System Operator)*

  - Assist in operating and monitoring facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

  - Basic computer knowledge and technical skills required

  - ITI certification preferred

7. *Packers/Pickers*

  - Pack and label products, materials, and goods

  - Pick and prepare orders for dispatch

  - Attention to detail and accuracy required

8. *Helpers*

  - Assist in various tasks, including cleaning, lifting, and moving materials

  - Support other staff members as needed

  - Minimum qualification: 8th pass

9. *Kitchen Staff*

  - Assist in food preparation, cooking, and serving

  - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

  - Experience in commercial kitchen preferred

10. *ITI Candidates (Various Trades)*

  - Assist in maintenance, repairs, and operations

  - Apply technical skills and knowledge to support facility operations

  - ITI certification required

*Office and Management Personnel:*

1. *Telecallers (5 members)*

  - Handle inbound and outbound calls for business development and customer service

  - Meet targets and goals for sales and customer satisfaction

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

  - Minimum qualification: 12th pass, prior experience preferred

2. *Operation Managers (5 members)*

  - Oversee daily operations, including facility management, logistics, and administration

  - Manage teams and ensure productivity and efficiency

  - Minimum qualification: Graduation, MBA preferred, 3+ years experience

3. *Field Officers (5 members)*

  - Conduct field visits for business development, customer service, and operations

  - Meet targets and goals for sales and customer satisfaction

  - Minimum qualification: Graduation, prior experience preferred

*Common Requirements:*

- Age: 18-40 years

- Physically fit and able to perform tasks

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
