In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our candidate sourcing and application processes by efficiently sorting resumes according to job posting requirements and ensuring timely application submissions on relevant job boards. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the recruitment and marketing fields.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze candidate resumes against specific job posting requirements to identify qualified applicants.
• Proactively research and identify relevant job postings on various online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards) that align with company's areas of expertise, including digital and eLearning roles.
• Utilize internal databases, job boards, and other platforms to source and track potential candidates.
• Prepare and submit candidate applications to various job openings on behalf of the company and the candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate applications and submission statuses.
• Assist the recruitment team in organizing and managing candidate data.
• Support marketing initiatives by preparing and scheduling social media posts related to job openings.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging content to attract potential candidates.
• Assist with other administrative and marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to conduct effective online research to identify relevant job postings.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management.
• Familiarity with online job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus.
