🎯 Role Overview:

We are hiring Marketing & Digital Marketing professionals for our Real Estate projects. The role involves driving lead generation, branding, digital campaigns, and on-ground promotional activities. Candidates will be aligned based on experience level (Junior / Senior).

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube.
• Manage listings on property portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com).
• Drive quality leads and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Track campaign performance and share weekly/monthly reports.

Branding & Promotions

• Support project launches, broker meets, and marketing events.
• Coordinate hoardings, print ads, outdoor campaigns, and local promotions.
• Work on brochures, creatives, and promotional materials.

Sales Coordination

• Align with sales team for site visit tracking and conversion updates.
• Ensure proper lead data management and CRM updates.
• Monitor funnel performance from lead to closure.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google & Meta Ads).
• Understanding of real estate lead generation.
• Familiarity with property portals.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills.
