Job Description

·       Product Launch & Positioning: Lead the go-to-market launch for Wire Rope Isolators. Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for defense/aerospace, industrial, and OEM segments.

·       Sales Enablement: Create technical datasheets, pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral. Support the sales team with customer presentations, proposal support, and win/loss analysis.

·       B2B Marketing & Lead Generation: Build and execute marketing campaigns (digital, email) to generate qualified leads in target segments. Monitor pipeline and conversion metrics.

·       Customer & Market Intelligence: Own competitive research, customer feedback loops, and market trends. Advise on pricing, feature roadmap, and customer wins.

·       Business Development Support: Partner with the BD team to identify growth opportunities, new verticals, and partnerships. Help build a repeatable pipeline model.

·       Analytics & Reporting: Track CAC, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing initiatives. Provide monthly insights to leadership.
