Marketing Executive

Job Title:- Marketing Field Executive – Interiors

Location: Hyderabad / Field-based

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Head

Key Responsibilities

Visit architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and real estate offices to promote Manju Group products and services

Generate new leads and build a strong client database

Conduct regular market visits, site visits, and follow-ups

Promote interior solutions, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and civil products

Collect market feedback, competitor information, and client requirements

Coordinate with sales and design teams for lead conversion

Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking sheets

Participate in exhibitions, property expos, and marketing events

Ensure brand visibility through brochures, samples, and displays

Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline

1–3 years of field marketing or sales experience (interiors / construction preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively within the city

Self-motivated with target-driven mindset

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
