Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing & Sales Executive who can independently handle property sales, marketing activities, and sales team management. The candidate must have prior experience only in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue

• Handle end-to-end property sales including lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage walk-in clients, channel partners, and referrals.

Marketing Execution

• Plan and execute marketing activities for real estate projects (online and offline).
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality.

Team Handling

• Manage and guide the sales team.
• Allocate leads and track daily follow-ups.
• Review team performance and ensure target achievement.
• Train team members on client handling and closing techniques.

Reporting & CRM

• Maintain proper records of leads, sales, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Use CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
• Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing.
• Mandatory experience in real estate property sales only.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to handle a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
