Role Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation and conversion into sales for residential and small commercial solar rooftop projects. The role requires a mix of field marketing, digital marketing, and relationship management, ensuring consistent pipeline creation and revenue achievement.



Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation (Primary Responsibility)

  • Generate qualified leads through:
  • Direct field marketing (door-to-door campaigns, apartments, gated communities)
  • Channel partners and referrals
  • Digital platforms (social media, Google leads, WhatsApp campaigns)
  • Events, exhibitions, and awareness programs
  • Promote government schemes (PM Surya Ghar, subsidies, net metering benefits)



2. Lead Conversion & Sales Closure

  • Meet prospective customers and conduct initial discussions
  • Explain solar solutions, ROI, subsidy benefits, and financing options
  • Coordinate with technical team for site survey and proposal
  • Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets



3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong engagement with leads throughout the sales cycle
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and trust-building
  • Generate referrals and repeat business



4. Marketing Execution (Online & Offline)

  • Execute local marketing campaigns and awareness drives
  • Support digital marketing initiatives (content sharing, lead follow-ups)
  • Work with internal teams for campaign optimization
  • Represent WISDA in community meetings, RWAs, and corporate tie-ups



5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain lead database and sales funnel in CRM / Excel
  • Track conversion ratios and campaign effectiveness
  • Submit daily/weekly performance reports

  • Lead-to-conversion ratio

  • Customer acquisition cost efficiency
  • Referral generation
