Job Description

 Promoting Kanopy diagnostic Reference lab services to all diagnostics centers and Hospitals in the assigned territories and Achieving the monthly sales targets.  Empanelment with diagnostic centres in the assigned area, ensure all Service Agreements are signed by the customers and valid status.  Daily visit of diagnostics in the territory and ensure all samples are reaching Kanopy HUB without any issues.  Coordinating with Logistics Manager for smooth operations.  Indentifying new business areas and increasing the brand visibility.  Participating brand visibility activities.  Ensuring daily call rate as per the Company policy.  Represent as spoc for assigned territory for all queries related customer service.  Maintiaing good rapport with Doctors and Diagnostics centres in the assigned area.  Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for Residential segment, local clubs, schools and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them. Act as SPOC for all existing business Units.  Periodical validity check of Customer Agreements.  Coordinating with new clients in order to set up new business Units / collection centers  Maintain existing business, rapport building with clients and explore new business opportunities.  Relationship building with key clients and doctors. Generating sales and provides new leads.  To outsmart competition through Market penetration.  Identify prospective corporates for pre-employment & Health Checkup/Priveledge and maintain excellent relationship with them. Management of Health Check-ups with efficiency and negligible complaints.  Keeping eye on competitors, providing market intelligence and service improvement suggestions to superiors.  Resolution of client queries on time with meeting/letters. Timely invoice submission.  Meeting & Exceeding personal monthly sales targets. Updation of MOU Renewals for key accounts.  Providing timely MIS and data to management.  Client Engagement activities (Camps/promotion/nutrition talk etc. inside the premises or within employees of key accounts) & new initiatives.  The person's job in Speciality is to promote and sell company diagnostic tests.  Customers include specialist Doctors, pathologists, franchise partners, and hospitals for business tie-ups.  identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant departments with customer feedback.  Need to increase test awareness answer queries, provide advice and introduce new diagnostic tests.  Target and secure profitable new business in line with national marketing/ sales strategy by effectively targeting  prospective accounts, creating in-depth prospect profiles, building relationships and securing the business.  Provide overall support and expertise to new accounts to ensure clients receive highest level of quality service utilizing operational personnel to resolve problems and when necessary.  Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts to drive successful closure and ensure future utilization  Develop implementation plans for securing and managing account contracts by coordinating the efforts of key players in the sales and operations organizations.  Educate customers on the breadth of testing at Kanopy Diagnostics (esoteric testing and specifics related to campaigns) and the benefits of such testing.  Educate new customers on all Kanopy Diagnostics processes and procedures to ensure accurate and Timely transactions.  Participate with Area Sales Managers/ Sales Executives/ Technical Sales Officer in developing overall business plans for increasing volume and profitability.  Prepare and present proposals and bids by using all standard processes, procedures and templates.  Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace impacting customers.  Maintain a working knowledge of company products and those of the competitors and share this information with leadership.  Ensure total compliance with all company policies and government regulations.  Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager.  Maintaining of Confidentiality in all processes, information, statistics related Kanopy diagnostics Business.  Any other assignments assigned by the reporting manager as and when required.  Tapadia diagnostics, 2nd Floor, Room no.209, Opp: saptagiri theatre, RTCx roads, Hyderabad.  schedule : 10.am to 4pm. all working days
