Marketing Executives

Who can represent Masters Pharma Academy in pharmacy colleges, interact with faculty and students, promote our training programs, and support both offline and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. College Outreach & Promotion

• Visit pharmacy colleges regularly.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions about GPAT, NIPER-JEE, Drug Inspector & Pharmacist coaching programs.
• Meet HODs, principals & faculty to build strong relationships.
• Generate leads and increase enrollments through on-ground activities.

2. Event Management

Coordinate and organize campus events, talent tests, workshops, and awareness drives.

• Manage logistics, banners, brochures, and student registrations.
• Ensure brand visibility in all events.

3. Relationship Management

• Maintain professional communication with college management and faculty.
• Follow up with counselors, coordinators, and student representatives.
• Handle inquiries and support admission process.
• 4. Digital Marketing SupportPromote courses on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook).
• Share content, reels, updates, and educational posts.
• Monitor online engagement and support digital campaigns.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily visit reports.
• Update leads, conversions, and activity performance.
• Coordinate with academic team, admissions team, and management.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Confidence in interacting with students and faculty.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy education (preferred).
• Ability to handle college events and coordinate logistics.
• Social media & digital marketing knowledge (added advantage).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel.
• Eligibility Any degree (B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
