*Interacting with HODs and Candidates:* Coordinate effectively between the academic Head of Departments (HODs) and potential candidates.

*Webinar Scheduling:* Organize and manage educational webinars, coordinating with speakers, instructors, and attendees to enhance the learning experience.

*Data and Tracker Management:* Maintain accurate and updated candidate data, progress reports, and HR trackers for monitoring recruitment and performance processes.

*Effective Communication Skills:* Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with candidates, academic staff, and cross-functional teams professionally.
