Marketing Executive

JD Marketing Executive (ME)

1.   ME must report to the station as per the allocated shift time daily.

2.   Greet every customer (Good Morning/Good Afternoon/Good Evening).

3.   ME must start collecting customer data (Manual/Application) for every customer.

4.   Provide appropriate customer service at the station whenever required.

5.   Capture the transactions using the application (ISPL Customer Loyalty Program application).

6.   Try and up sale to improve sales from the station.

7.  Support station staff to do the filling in vehicle in the absence of station staff (Only if required).

8.   Move around the trading area of the station and engage customers

a.   Inform customers existing scheme as per the daily schedule given to them by the state sales head.

b.   Engage with them in a conversation to get appropriate feedback from him on the services he availed at our stations.

c.   Engage with them in a conversation to educate him that filling LPG from any wrong resources is dangerous and criminal offence.

d.   Engage with them in a conversation to educate him that filling LPG from any wrong resources is very bad for his vehicle and how it damages vehicle parts.

e.   Engage with them in a conversation to educate them that he is getting pure fuel at a much-discounted rate from our stations with proper calculation (Calculation to be provided by CPIL).

f.    Identify new vehicle agencies and promote LPG variant for 3-Wheeler through them.

g.   Collect customer data for Petrol cars (Potential LPG kit customer).Share the details to the concerned ARG member to take it further for fitment.

Requirement

1.   Candidate must be between 18 and 45 years of age.

2.   Candidate must have completed basic education 10+2

3.   Candidate must know to operate Android mobile application such as (Google meet, Google form, Whatapp ERP etc.)

4.   The Shift timings will be based on requirement and will be decided by the State Head and station supervisors.

5.   This position is temporary and the performance will be evaluated every week and based on the requirement; performers may be considered for an on-roll position.

Multiple Shifts

1. 6:00 am – 1:30 pm

2. 1:30 pm -9:30 pm

3. 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

NOTE – TWO WHEELER IS MANDATORY
