Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and qualify new business opportunities and leads in a specific territory.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales deals to meet targets.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM software and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and KPIs.
